Katarina has probably the biggest rework of the bunch. Much like Talon, he won’t do as much damage up front, but he will be much sticker than before. Meanwhile, his Q is now a cleave ability with a short dash tacked onto the end. He leaps further than he used to, but his ult only reveals the closest enemy champ. The most minor of the “major” changes is probably Rengar. The old damaging ability on her Q has been shifted to her passive and gets proc’d by any of her abilities.

LeBlanc is finally looking to become the Deceiver she was meant to be, with the ability to drop a clone of herself wherever she wants on the map. He doesn’t do as much damage quite as quickly, but the new passive Bleed he’s getting should make up for that. He can now hop over terrain and make his way across the map with unprecedented efficiency. Talon is seeing a serious change to his kit, making him into one of the premier roamers in League of Legends.
